Audiologist Position - ProCare Therapy

Job Description:
As an Audiologist with ProCare Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the auditory needs of students within a school setting. Your expertise will contribute to creating an environment that ensures students have access to optimal hearing health, promoting their overall educational success.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments for students.
• Providing recommendations for hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and other interventions as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students with hearing-related challenges.
• Conducting screenings and monitoring hearing health throughout the school year.
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' auditory needs.
• Keeping accurate records and documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Staying current with advancements in audiology and incorporating best practices into your work.

 
Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Audiology.
• State licensure as an Audiologist.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and dedicated to the auditory well-being of students.
